Food Survey Question Analysis:

1. What are you trying to understand with your survey?
With our survey, we're trying to understand the eating habits of people today, and see how often people eat their meals, what they eat, ect.


2. Did the demographic questions you asked help you with understanding the results?
Yes, it made it easier to understand, for example it was slightly understandable to see a person at a high school age skip breakfast, because as high schoolers, we've definitely been the in the position where we have to skip breakfast to get to school on time.


3. What would you change, if you could, in your survey?
We would add more questions about the person taking the surveys view on meals, and how often they think the average person should eat during the day/ what they should eat during the day. 


4. Is there a difference in the boys results vs. the girls results? Explain.
Yes, it seemed that mostly females had a lighter approach to meals, and they were most likely to skip meals during the day. 


5. What question told you the most from your survey? Explain.
The three questions that asked how often the people ate breakfast, lunch and dinner told the most because it was crazy to see how many people skipped breakfast, and how many people ate dinner every night.


6. What summary can you give if at all about your results. If there are several please separate the results.
We can summarize that early in the day, people are more likely to not eat meals, and eat light snacks, As the day goes on into dinner, people make it a priority to eat dinner every night. However, most people do not eat dessert.


7. What is something you liked about this project?
It was interesting for us to create our own survey and actually get to survey people in our classes. It made the project seem more real life and professional. 

Virtual Sports Franchise Project

My goal while operating the business during the "virtual sports project" was to achieve a high and stable amount of money by the end of the season, I also wanted to do it successfully by winning a lot of games. I also wanted to make sure I maintained all of the problems within in my field and city, I didn't want to have any fines or deductions  at the end of the games. The most difficult part of the game was to fins good sponsorship because once you get to that part of the game you are so deep into the simulation that is the sponsor doesn't your price it could mess everything up. Also you never truly know what prices a certain potential sponsor is going to want so its basically a guessing game. The licensing and ticket pricing were the easiest aspect of this game and project because it wasn't too difficult to figure out.

Amateur sports DI, DII, DIII guidelines

Armature sports:

What armature sport players can’t do.

~Win a prize or take prize money

~They can’t play or tryout with professionals

~Can’t get payed for playing sports nor have a contract with a professional team.

~Can’t have an agent or get help from an agent.

~Need to be a full time enrolled collage student.

D1 info:

-350 schools involved with DI

- largest student bodied  schools.

-Generous amount of  scholarships. 

-Maintain Highest academic standards for student athletes. 

DII info:

-300 Schools involved with DII 

-Academics are greatly recognized

-chose to devote more financial resources to their athletic programs. 

-Good balance from student-athletes between academics athletics and campus and community involvement.

DIII info:

-450 schools make up DIII athletics.

-Academics are the primary focus for DIII athletes.

-Minimize conflict between sports and academics . 

-Have a shorter playing season to work on school.

DI,DII,DIII 

Similarity's: 

-All play sports 

-Grades are important to all

Differences:

- DI sports are much more intense than the others

-DIII focuses much more on Academics than Athletics.

-Have different financial support for students.

-DI has much bigger schools and students bodies.

What did you find was the easiest task? What was it like to have a partner?Would you have rather done this alone? Is this a fair assessment of Chapter 3 material and why?

The easiest task was finding the answers to the questions asked. It was nice having a partner because if I didn't understand something i had someone who could help me and also splitting up the work was nice. I'd rather not do something like this alone because its alot of work to do alone. Yes this is a fair assessment because it asks questions that covers everything we did this chapter and it has us delve into the information even more.
